PhD student in University of Manitoba in Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences in Albrechtsen St.Boniface Research Centre My research demonstrates the role of Scleraxis protein in inducing stiffness in blood vessels and impairing their function using transgenic mice models.-I am highly skilled in performing pressure myography using 3rd order mesenteric arteries from mice.- I have worked in with vascular smooth muscle cell culture treatments and using in multiple biochemical experiments. - I have examined vascular remodelling expression markers via QPCR, Western Blots , Immunoflouresence, and identified transcriptional regulation through proliferation and cellular phenotypic changes . - I have participated in multiple research papers which I have co-authored , and written reviews and articles .-I have monitored and trained many students in learning new techniques in the lab and data analysis.
