Engineering smart contract solutions for the Solana decentralized ledger

Contractor for M&T Bank / Wilmington Trust on .NET financial systems. Iterating over several rounds of improvements, and helping to strategically plan future iterations.

Development on various independent ideas and solutions including websites, back end integration services, and data analysis/presentation.

Led a small team of developers through the development of several projects. Created the full SDLC from SCC to automated builds and deployments while architecting and developing fault tolerant critical components of the system.

Transformed business requirements into design documents, and then into a final deliverable product for use by the business to more quickly analyze, predict, and sell online advertising media.

I developed dozens of solutions working with large and small teams across a broad range of technologies. Oversaw the use of .NET technology throughout the enterprise, created and oversaw the corporate SDLC guidelines, mentored other developers, traveled throughout the organization becoming heavily involved in multiple solutions' architecture and development. My work at Constellation depended on communication across the enterprise, working with many different people and building professional relationships with them, and the ability to work with a broad set of technology including database, networking, load balancing, and security. I worked closely with developers - employees, contractors, consultants, and interns - helping them estimate and complete quality work on time and under budget.

Developed and/or provided critical feedback on all IT solutions. - Developed a CRM using AJAX and ASP.- Developed a service scheduling system using IBM Websphere, integrating over MQ Series and DB2 to an OS/390 mainframe.- Worked with Accenture on an 18 month implementation of MS Dynamics, at the time MS CRM and MS Great Plains, replacing legacy call center, sales, dispatch, parts, and back office software.
