Danah Zohar is a quantum management thought leader, business consultant, founder and an author. She is the originator of Quantum Management Theory, first implemented as a working management model by Haier in their revolutionary Rendanheyi Management Model. She is also the originator of SQ: Spiritual Intelligence.In 2018 Zohar was named Innovation Management Thinker of the Year by The Tsinghua Business Review. In that same year, she received Haier's Rendanheyi Medal "For her academic contribution". Zohar was inducted into the Thinkers50 Hall of Fame in 2022. Born and educated in the United States, she studied Physics and Philosophy & MIT, and did her postgraduate work in philosophy, religion, and psychology at Harvard University. Danah Zohar has also taught in The Leading Edge Program at Oxford Brookes University and in the Oxford Strategic Leadership program at Oxford University's Templeton College.
