About Danah Zohar
Danah Zohar is a quantum management thought leader, business consultant, founder and an author. She is the originator of Quantum Management Theory, first implemented as a working management model by Haier in their revolutionary Rendanheyi Management Model. She is also the originator of SQ: Spiritual Intelligence.In 2018 Zohar was named Innovation Management Thinker of the Year by The Tsinghua Business Review. In that same year, she received Haier's Rendanheyi Medal "For her academic contribution". Zohar was inducted into the Thinkers50 Hall of Fame in 2022. Zohar's books include Zero Distance: Management in the Quantum Age 2021; The Quantum Self; The Quantum Leader: ; Spiritual Capital; SQ:Spiritual Intelligence; ReWiring the Corporate Brain: The Quantum Society, and more. As a management consultant, Danah Zohar has worked with numerous companies around the world, including British Telecom, Motorola, Philips, Shell, Marks & Spencer, Volvo, Astra Pharmaceutical, Haier Group, and many financial services. Born and educated in the United States, she studied Physics and Philosophy & MIT, and did her postgraduate work in philosophy, religion, and psychology at Harvard University. Danah Zohar has also taught in The Leading Edge Program at Oxford Brookes University and in the Oxford Strategic Leadership program at Oxford University's Templeton College. Danah is involved in organizational change, leadership development, people management, trainings, executive coaching, conference keynotes, all drawing on principles and skills of quantum leadership, management and/or spiritual intelligence. Danah's principles , concepts and frameworks are highly recognized and implemented in the West and the East. Danah regularly speaks at leadership forums and works with C-Suite Executives, Board of Directors, Corporate leadership teams worldwide. She has worked with the leadership initiatives of both local and national governments.
