Key responsibilities included: - Responsible for designing immunisations and immunogens, validating targets, isolating B cells by Fluorescence Activated Cell Sorting and analysing high-dimensional flow cytometry data to selecting and further characterize lead antibody clones for all discovery projects entering the research portfolio. - Responsible for designing and analysing large immunophenotyping panels for flow cytometry, sorting of cells and performing in depth single cell RNA-seq and CITE-seq computational analysis for the validation of a new platform.- Other responsibilities included mammalian cell culture and transfection, antibody screening via ELISA and cell-binding assays, vector design and cloning for immunogen generation-Involved in the process development of a high-throughput pipeline for sorting and sequencing of B-cells for antibody clone identification.- Collaboration with cross-functional teams within Sanofi in the UK, US and France.
