• Manage and maintain regular contact and meetings with relevant vendors - to report on issues, recommendations, and cost estimates• Weekly walk-round with the vendor cleaning manager ensuring cleaning quality standards are maintained• Manage Trouble Ticket requests (helpdesk) - interface and action query promptly in line with service level agreements• Manage daily health & safety issues – maintaining regular scheduled meetings and records of the fire and safety teams/fire drills/safety equipment/training• Assist in the organizing of internal Client events• Manage the quality of conferencing facilities• Raise purchase orders• Deputize / provide cover for Building Operations Coordinator / Facilities Manager when appropriate

• Provide support across EMEA in terms of Building Management Systems, PPM Schedules, EHS Quality Compliance and vendor management• Support the JLL Regional Lead in terms of driving EMEA wide initiatives in terms of Governance, Compliance, Reporting, Engineering Service Delivery, Asset Management, Energy and Sustainability, Client First Interface, and delivery of the Annual Account Plan.• Support H&S goals across all EMEA offices working closely H&S Manager to keep all documents up to date and relevant• Support EMEA wide engineering delivery and equally site leads in terms of their goals for their respective offices• Assist in the management of all contractors• Conduct ad hoc audits to ensure safety procedures on site are in place and working • Support in the achievement of Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement targets
