During my time at RDK/NV5 I regularly served as a technical resource across the company on all things Energy & Sustainability. I was also able to publish RDK's first ever Company Sustainability Report, along with inter-office annual Earth Week Competitions.

One of the many highlights of my time at CRB was acting as co-lead for the 'Sustainable Design Expert Team' during my last two years. This involved directing 50+ members across 13 offices, managing a 6 figure annual budget, running company-wide initiatives and presenting to CRB leadership at annual meetings.
