- Organized and ran mobile postal missions utilizing specialized postal equipment to classified locations during two combat deployments- Taught monthly classes on a variety of topics; including, but not limited to, suicide prevention, sexual harassment, and military rules and regulations

- Conducted a daily inventory of all products on the sales floor that need to be restocked and set up rain checks and substitutions for any products not in stock- Trained all new in-stocks team members per Target Corporation Best Practice Guidelines and Policies

- Processed between 300-400 requisitions daily including entering patient information as well as physician medical test and billing codes- Identified problems with specimen types, missing information, inappropriate/insufficient samples and resolved them or assigned the correct problem codes for follow up- Demonstrated an understanding of the compliance policies related to medical test ordering, which required developing the ability to research test ordering information on translation tables, specialized computer systems, the directory of services, and properly separating samples using specialized equipment to be sent to different departments in the laboratory- Ensured compliance with HIPAA and department policies and procedures to maintain patient confidentiality
