Maintain high standards of design and creativity for design team. Design/approve designs for showroom vignettes. Conduct educational design and/or software trainings as necessary for staff designers.Design and create interior spaces tailored to client's needs and personal style. Engineer functional and beautiful kitchens and baths, coordinate remodeling or new construction projects, choose fixtures and finishes, produce beautiful computer-aided or hand-drawn renderings, and spec and quote product. Continually self-educate on the latest trends and innovative products relative to residential design.

Assist senior designer/president with designing kitchens, baths, built-ins, utility rooms and other cabinetry installations for new construction or remodels; help clients plan spaces, choose fixtures and finishes; estimate and price jobs, provide general office management and assistance to president/owner with tasks such as product research, social media marketing, database maintenance, order processing, and interacting with builders/designers/sales reps based on new relationships and those established at previous workplace.
