Established Change.org’s program management function, and developed processes and programs to supercharge the speed and efficiency of engineering and product development at scale.

Built and directed project and technical program management team, which drives all product development, design, and engineering work. Introduced strong program management and agile practices to Nuna, resulting in teams delivering high impact work on time and generating incremental revenue. Improved execution, focus, and planning across all cross-functional teams, helping teams efficiently deliver high value work on time and without heroics as Nuna rapidly doubled in size. Team includes technical program management, project management, and scrum masters.

Provided program management and agile coaching to product, engineering, and data operations team members, resulting in predictable timelines, high quality products, and happy team members. Successfully managed the migration of the entire commercial business line, including all clients, to a more robust and scalable data platform.

Joined the Academy in 2013 as a Producer dedicated to the redesign and overhaul of the Academy’s web presence. Promoted the following year to Program Manager, and then promoted within another six months to PMO Manager.As PMO Manager, managed the Academy's technical product portfolio of web, mobile, and digital exhibit interactives from concept to launch to iteration, driving work to smooth, on-time, and under-budget launches. Team included program and project management team, design, and QA. Under my leadership, we successfully launched three new digital exhibit interactives, redesigned two mobile apps (including Pocket Penguins!), rebuilt frontend and backend of the Academy website, and revamped the Academy’s online ticketing, membership, and donation platform. Introduced numerous best practices, such as iterative user testing, goal-driven development, data-driven decision-making, quality assurance, and more.
