 Audit daily journal entries for 20+ restaurants to ensure accuracy of transactions Pay out all invoices to vendors as well as recording any cash transactions Reconciling all A/R and store bank transactions weekly along with month-end closing

• Provide a high-level of customer service as a client advocate within ARI• Develop appropriate working relationships with internal and external clients• Receiving inquiries from customers (internal & external) and coordinate with ARI departments to resolve in a timely manner• Investigate to provide closed loop resolution to customer concerns, providing regular status on open items• Completing data updates and processes system transactions per client parameters• Initiating action item calls to track and close out open client requests• Create and maintain client profiles to ensure adherence to established client parameters • Working on various stretch assignments to help create efficiencies and new strategy within the department• A member of the Holman Women In Leadership program to develop working relationships with various women leaders and build leadership skills• Training and mentoring employees new to the role
