I possess many valuable skills such as excellent communication, record keeping, organization, delegation, fast learner, creating flyers, posters, documents, surveys, newsletters, pamphlets, spreadsheets, and presentations using both Microsoft and Google Suite along with Canva. I am proficient in using social media and parent communication apps which appeal to parents from different demographics, level of comfort with technology, and primary language spoken. I have an excellent understanding of ACES, Early Childhood Education, Licensing rules for Tennessee concerning Early Childhood Education, the Tennessee Early Learning Standards, and other community support services. In addition to my experience, I possess a Bachelor's Degree from ETSU in Johnson City and most of my coursework was in the field of Human Development. Additionally, I am CPR and Basic Life Saving certified. I am effective in raising funds, raising awareness, and organizing collaboration within the community. I share a passion for community collaboration and believe that the success of our future depends heavily on it.
