My responsibilities at this company started out as entry level shipping and customer service. Over the years I have expanded our eCommerce platforms to Amazon, Amazon Global, Walmart, Bonanza, Albertson's Marketplace, Walmart Marketplace, Meet Mable, eBay and Etsy. I have implemented live streaming on Instagram, Facebook and Amazon live using programs like OBS to increase awareness and sales. I handle all email and social media marketing. I have created additional free content for our customers to download using our products to hold engagement. I keep detailed spreadsheets of our eCommerce analytics to see what areas we need to work on to improved our many channels.

Managed social media presence on Facebook through advertising, polls, contests and events. Regularly analyzed social media activity and made recommendations for future campaigns and promotions. Answered feedback from customers with patience and sensitivity, as well as professionalism and with tact.

I was tasked with administrative duties to keep things around the office in order so the photographer could focus on taking photos. I was in charge of scheduling photo shoots, organizing photos and files, keeping inventory records and arranging contact information for clients, creative directors and other professionals in the business. I would also tidy up the office space to make sure it looked professional and presentable for clients. I have experience with photo editing, and would also assist the photographer in digitally manipulating and editing photos before they were finalized and shown to clients.
