Also responsible for implementing recruitment and sourcing strategies to ensure total quality of the recruitment process along with consultative service. Key responsibilities include:• Managing the full-cycle recruitment process.• Developing and implementing creative recruiting strategies for Global Supply Chain recruitment.• Identifying top candidates through resume screening, phone screening and preliminary interviews.• Selling high-level candidates on the opportunity and company.• Providing a quality recruitment experience for internal and external candidates as well as hiring managers.

Responsible for supporting the full-cycle recruiting efforts of Schneider Electric This includes assisting members of the Talent Acquisition Team with planning and coordination of recruiting efforts specifically related to the interview and on-boarding processes. As Recruiting Coordinator, I continually work with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates to ensure an efficient and effective interview and selection process.Key responsibilities include:-Coordinate logistics for on-site, phone and video conference interviews across all business units. -Host candidates during on-site interviews.-Process candidate travel reimbursements -American Express company travel card reconciliation-Contribute to team projects as assigned.
