Created a new data warehousing team to implement the company’s first integrated data warehouse. The team was responsible for defining the new data warehouse platform for the company from a technical and data perspective. Delivered projects on-time in conjunction with major Oracle ERP release and on-budget. Business sponsor for the new customer data system to centralize all corporate customer data in one location.

Responsible for developing the Sales & Marketing group within Corporate Business Operations. The group’s role is to define requirements for sales and marketing systems based on business process automation. Created executive-level steering committees to set priorities and approve process changes. Created working teams to create detailed requirements and implement business process changes. The sales team worked with the different business units and functional groups to define the to-be processes for sales and program managed the resulting Siebel development and rollout with the IT group. I am also glad I am back to having just one job! Snap Fitness is a fitness franchise. We are a neighborhood gym that is open 24x7. We have traditional strength and cardio equipment by Cybex. We have the best personal trainers in the area! And, we recently opened up our group exercise room where we have some great classes: TRX, yoga, zumba, bollywood, brazilian dance, boot camp, kettlebell and youth classes as well.
