Build out the initial VWR service portfolio for the calibration, validation, maintenance and repair of scientific equipment. Created a new busines unit of 7 labs in the U.S. led by professional metrology managers and staffed by 50 technicians, sales and admin.. Full P & L responsibility.

Led all Operations for VWR Western U.S. until position was eliminated during centralization of operations leadership. Responsible for 2 Regional Distribution Centers, 6 Service Centers, 250+ employees in Customer Service, Warehousing, Procurement, Transportation, Pricing and Quotations supporting $300M in sales.

Motivated and customer focused Distribution team over 200,000 sqft warehouse in Brisbane, 100,000 sqft DC in Denver, transportation and inventory control (125 - 150 total associates under 8-10 direct reports) lab supplies, chemicals and equipment. Hired initially to transition 100% increase in business from the Baxter Industrial acquisition then through ERP transition and additional acquisitions and optimization projects.
