I craft and execute wide-reaching plans to coordinate University Advancement's support of high-priority events and projects critical to the University's mission. I work directly with University leadership to distill complex topics into easy-to-understand updates and adapt them to diverse communications channels and audiences. I worked closely with and directly support TTU System Chancellor Robert Duncan - CEO of the $2 billion enterprise - through external and internal messaging development and coordination in order to clearly communicate his vision for the TTU System, the State of Texas and higher education. Special projects assigned by the chancellor allowed me to gain extensive experience in strategic communications and writing for philanthropic, academic, legislative and executive endeavors.
