I support the work of STI by treating autonomously professionals who are affected by a diversity of factors (related to work) impacting their mental health. The occupational clinician examines the psychological, social and organizational aspects of work, with an emphasis on understanding the psychological issues involved in professional activity. It seeks to analyze individual and collective dynamics at work, defense mechanisms, conflicts, psychological suffering, and the ways in which these elements influence the professional and personal lives of individuals.As occupational clinician I intervene mainly at the individual level, treating work-related mental issues while maintaining a holistic approach to the complex system of work.
