I am now the sole owner & manager of my customer's North AmericaTravel Program. I direct the project resource teams to ensure that travel initiatives are met & maintained for continued program success. I play an integral part in product demonstrations & solutions integrations. I field inquiries on travel data incorporating predictive & prescriptive analytics to improve travel spend & savings. I provide analysis on current travel trends and offer ideas & insights on how to change behavior through traveler engagement communications, tool messaging and approval processes. I onboard new business, implement travel technology products, maintain service expectations and develop process improvements that lead to client retention and continued opportunities for global travel program expansions.

As an extension of the Global Account Manager, I helped manage operational service expectations & process improvements, internal & external projects, travel reporting & analytics, and product support & programming, earning the confidence essential to retaining clients in a competitive marketplace.

As Supervisor I was responsible for managing three prominent corporate accounts utilizing both Sabre & Apollo GDS.I was the primary customer contact for service questions & concerns, including system administration support for three different online booking tools: Concur, GetThere & RESX (nuTravel). I oversaw three reservation teams totaling ten+ agents in house, onsite and virtual, conducted account specific training, created useful job aids and developed a competent staff with high morale & low error rates. I facilitated the implementation of several new acquisitions totaling over 20 million dollars in yearly air spend, administered technology conversions, operating systems updates and new telephony programming & training.

I was involved in new account implementation for an 11 million dollar piece of business. I handled project inquiries and produced travel reporting while maintaining operations responsibilities over team performance.

Then I transitioned to a high-profile account acting as a front line Apollo agent responsible for securing reservations for VIP travelers.

Moving into the the Travel Consultant role, my responsibilities included booking air, car, hotel, limo and rail reservations for Sabre corporate accounts. I handled customer service issues, wrote letters to vendors, managed traveler profiles and maintained client databases.

Way back when there was such a thing as "paper" tickets, I assembled mail batches and packaged them up for distribution.
