Managed the release of a high volume of online services: Collaborated with engineering, marketing, business planning, commerce and operations teams to gather requirements for accurate offer roll-outs. Success criteria included offer setup accuracy, identifying appropriate channels and releasing "provisionable" services by the determined go-live date. Multiple service releases occurred simultaneously with several variations of each offer resulting in 20 to over 100 items to track for a given release. Our book of work increased over 300% going from managing one catalog of services to managing four.

Responsible for the oversight and distribution of over $12.5 million in marketing samples which involved reviewing / approving all sample orders to ensure they adhered to both the business group and corporate samples policies.
