Managed recruitment efforts and strategy for full cycle of sales, sales support, and customer service hiring within Educational Tours, EF Education First’s largest North American division. Built and maintained collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers and external partners to execute all hiring needs.

Facilitated interview process from screening through offer for sales, sales support, and customer service hiring. Designed and implemented college campus strategy by piloting 6 new university collaborations while tracking applicant data to evaluate return.

Developed partnerships with schools and educators to expand educational, international travel opportunities for middle and high school students. Utilized performance dashboards to strategically acquire and repeat business to achieve sales metrics.

Served as an Ambassador of the Colleges to prospective students and their families. Led campus tours, interviewed prospective students and facilitated as well as participated on panels regarding campus experiences and utilization of the the Salisbury Center for Career, Professional, and Experiential Education.

Provided support with administrative duties for the Deans of William Smith College. Organized informational sessions, events, and recruitment efforts for the Public Leadership Education Network (PLEN), a national organization that prepares college women for careers in the public policy arena.

Selected as the William Smith representative to co-plan, organize, and execute a three-day Orientation program for the Classes of 2018. Interviewed, hired, and designed a training program for a staff of 120 students to mentor and guide 650 first-year students throughout Orientation weekend. Managed a budget of $120,000+ and worked closely with HWS staff and administrators at all levels to ensure the event’s success.

Participated in sales and marketing training program. Successfully leased 8 luxury apartments and ranked in the top 20% for leasing of the company’s 350+ Sales and Marketing Interns and Associates in the during July of 2015. Coordinated resident events, managed accounts, and provided resident support when concerns arose.
