- Special Monitoring Mission, Office of the Environmental Advisor.- Collating environmental data from OSCE monitoring officers, reports and media.- Drafting environmental risk assessment briefings for senior management.

- Office of the Special Representative for Combatting Human Trafficking.- 1-year professional development programme for young policy professionals. The first six months are spent at the secretariat in Vienna and the following six months at one of the missions in the field (Kiev), contributing to the comprehensive security approach of the OSCE.- Supporting implementation of project on preventing human trafficking in public supply chains. In this connection, analysing OSCE-budget for risks of human trafficking during internal procurement.

Research internship at the Inter University Centre (IUC) in Dubrovnik, Croatia undertaken as part of the "European Governance" MSc double degree between University College Dublin, Ireland and Utrecht University, Netherlands. The IUC is a global network of universities, established with the aim of promoting international cooperation in science. The stay at IUC was conducted within the framework of a regional field study which provided the foundation for my thesis.

- Support in maintaining relations with EU-Countries, which implies coordination and organisation of events and information exchange days, workshops, set-up and follow-up of high level meetings, promotion and monitoring of collaboration, preparation of country profiles and briefings.- Assist in analysis, follow-up and give updates on the political and economic situation in JRC partner countries and in particular developments related to research, science and innovation. - Prepare briefings, speeches, information documents and articles related to the JRC collaboration with international partners.- Use information systems and databases in support of preparation of briefings, etc.- Support the staff in JRC's unit for International Relations with research and drafting of its external strategy, in particular with regard to partnerships with EU-Countries research infrastructures as well as links with Think Tanks and Non-governmental Organisations

Intern at the German federal parliament. Placed in the research service, under the department for labour and social affairs. The tasks consisted in researching material, conducting analyses and drafting reports on topics surrounding German labour law or pension policies. The work was done by request from members of parliament. They were either asking for general information on a certain subject or for clarification of questions related to it.
