I started with A.D. Banker organizing pre-licensing, series 6 & 7, and CE classes in 6 different states, hiring/firing, overseeing 160 different instructors. By God's grace, in a short time I was elevated to the highest position I could go in a company comprised of 70+ employees, as the Compliance Manager. In this role I met with Department of Insurance.

This was an incredible experience serving as the one of the main paralegals for civil case involving 31 plaintiffs we were defending. It entailed preparing for depositions of all 31 plaintiffs, expert witnesses, thousands of exhibits and all the preparations needed to go to trial over a 2 year period.

Bannister Mall, at least at that time, was becoming a less safe place for people/families to shop with gang influence etc. on the rise. It was here I really started valuing the incredible work our country's police officers do day in and day out, as I served side by side with some of Kansas City's finest law enforcement officials!

I learned even more the value of managing money well here, and I got to see first hand a bank president, who was a Christian, live out his faith in daily action.
