PT LOTTE Chemical Indonesia (LCI) is constructing an integrated chemical complex on the vast 110ha of land located in the Cilegon City Banten. LINE Project (LOTTE Chemical New Ethylene Project) is a massive chemical plant construction project in which LOTTE Chemical and its subsidiary LOTTE Chemical Titan invests a total of 3.9 billion USD with the goal of completing by 2025. It is expected to produce 1 million tons of ethylene, 520,000 tons of ethylene to LCTN, 250,000 tons of polypropylene and other downstream products such as Butadiene, BTX(Benzene, Toluene, Xylene).Daily activity and responsibilities in construction phase & pre commissioning at Naphtha Cracker (NC) / Ethylene Plant (Hot Section):1. In a team, do patrol in the hot section area Feed pre-heat, furnace (KBR), and quench area for inspecting working activity day by day in accordance with the working schedule of the contractor.2. Complete the patrol report and notify the Superintendent of any findings or operation & HSE issue.3. Checking the position and arrangement of all equipment (Vessel, Tower, Drum, Pump, piping, valve, etc) placed according to the drawing (P&ID and 3D drawing/isometric drawing).4. Conduct piping walkdown inspections with contractor.5. Conduct with the contractor for the hydrotest & air blowing the piping.6. Conducted with contractor to complete reinstatement the test package.7. Conduct loop & function test instrumentation such as interlock & ESD with contractor.9. Conduct pneumatic test with contractor10. Conduct box up & inspection tower and drum with contractor11. Preparing leak tests and O2 free pipe lines involves:-Determining the limit and number of test pointsand also marking the P&ID-Create a job list while keeping safety and job effectiveness.-Conducting field surveys, and coordinating with the team to solve problems and make improvements.

Job Description as OHS & Training coordinator:1. Responsible for implementing health, safety, & environmental management system in the workplace area including office & factory.2. Monitor and supervise health, safety, & work environment permits and permits to comply with government regulations.3. Carry out risk management activities, industrial hygiene, food safety, process safety, applicable report writing, industrial HSE compliance audits, emergency reports, HSE training, HSE program development, incident investigation and data analysis, make a budget plan and document control.

1. Process Engineering Industry laboratory is a laboratory in Faculty Of Engineering Universitas Sriwijaya that focused on chemical process and product. For six months in this laboratory, I work as the HSE coordinator and assistant of "Biopestisida" production process.Responsibility:as the coordinator of HSE:- Arrange with team about Job Safety Data Sheet which contains Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), SOP when interaction with chemical material and when incident occurs- Coordinating all laboratory assistants for explain and apply HSE principles during the experiment- Coordinating all laboratory assistants and students in the shift so that the experiment is going well and safety- Learning the production process of methyl ester, biopestisida, and saponification- Evaluating the weekly report of the shift- Scheduling the consulting timeas the assistant of Biopestisida production:- Coordinating time and preparing the material of the experiment- Explaining about Biopestisida production process- Giving the pre-test, special task, and general task for the shift- Correcting the weekly report, pre-test, special task, and general task

Separation and Purification Laboratory is a laboratory in Faculty Of Engineering Universitas Sriwijaya that focused on Unit Operation in Chemical Industry. During six month in this laboratory, I work as shift coordinator and Fluid Mixing coordinator. The equipment of the experiments are cooling tower apparatus, fluid mixing apparatus, heat conduction apparatus, wetted wall apparatus. Responsibility:- Coordinating time and preparing of material in fluid mixing experiment- Make a syllabus about the fluid mixing operation process for teaching - Giving weekly pre test, general task, and individual task- Correcting the weekly report, pre-test, special task, and general task- Coordinating all laboratory assistants and students in the shift so that the experiment is going well and safety.

PT Pertamina (persero) refinery unit 3 is one of the oil and gas refinery unit that located in Plaju and Sungai Gerong, South Sumatera. The feed of the factory is obtained from Sungai Gerong onshore plant. And a part of them is bought from the Middle East. The main product of the factory are Pertamax, Pertalite, Premium, and Solar.
