1. Confirms accuracy of all data entered, maintains data in HRIS systems and databases and assures information is available on a timely basis.2. Performs group data updates, exports, imports, clean-ups, and researches/reports on any data discrepancies.3. Responds verbally or in writing to inquiries, complaints or problems related with use HRIS program.4. Prepares reports, graphs, charts and statistics in support of human resources operations.5. Conduct HRIS training for HR team members and employees on the functionality of the system.6. Manage customization with external vendors and research and resolve errors.7. Review, test and implement HRIS system upgrades or patches and collaborate with the necessary parties, both internal and external (vendor) to ensure completion.8. Manages system security administration (setting function authorization, data authorization, request approval setting and ensure confidentiality of HRIS).9.
