• Assist Senior Managers in carrying out his duties and responsibilities• Monitoring KPI Domestic and International ( FedEx ) all branches in East Region (Semarang, Solo, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Denpasar, Makassar)• Planning and implementing projects• Enhance the Operational Plan to support the shipping effectiveness• Review and monitoring SOP and work instructions to ensure all processes are carried out according to standards

• Rotate to all business unit of company such as warehouse, trucking, distribution, freight forwarding, and custom clearance.• Rotate to different function such as finance, engineering, pricing, bussiness solution, sales, operation, etc• Understand one stop logistics from first mile, middle mile, and last mile.• Propose improvement projects to support the company's business

- Set objectives for the accounts receivable team that align with the Collection department’s goals- Negotiate with clients in overdue cases- Monitoring daily activities and performance of account receivable officer- Stay updated on industry and legislative changes- Support Accounts Receivable Clerks on a daily basis and train new team members- AR performance analysis

Rotate to different company departments (Marketing, Credit, Operation, Collection, etc.) to learn all company functions, policies, and staff duties. Contribute to strategic planning and help evaluate employee and department performance. Guided to master many types of soft skills, such as communication skills, negotiation skills, critical thinking skills and leadership skills.
