Ninja Xpress is a company specializing in parcel delivery services, my job responsibilities include:● Responsible for monitoring over 70 branches in the Central Java and DIY regions and serving as a leader for approximately 3,500 couriers, 300 staff, 80 supervisors, and 7 assistant managers.● Conduct mobile visits three times a week to ensure that SOPs are properly implemented at each branch and to evaluate their effectiveness. ● Analyzing data from the previous month to identify branch-specific issues and areas for improvement will ensure that regional or area KPIs are met.● Collaborate and coordinate with other teams such as warehouse, commercial, linehaul, and fleet.● Ensure that the development and training of new staff are conducted effectively, and provide training when there are new SOPs or work schemes from the head office.● Lead operational processes and standardization related to logistics, ensuring that parcels are delivered to customers quickly and efficiently.● Successfully met KPI targets 10 times out of 12 months and ensured that branch operations ran smoothly

● Ensure that area or regional operations run smoothly by SOPs while being cost-effective and timely.● Improve operational processes to enhance effectiveness by planning, implementing, and evaluating area-specific strategies to achieve KPIs.● Develop the potential of a team of over 1,500 members by conducting weekly strategy discussions with assistant managers and branch heads.● Led and managed operational improvement projects, ensuring the project and execution were completed quickly and accurately according to existing SOPs.● Prepare for branch openings by selecting cost-effective and strategic locations, recruiting staff, and maintaining branch operations after the new branch is launched.● Successfully opened over 50 branches within 4 months in collaboration with the Regional Manager, ensuring that each city in Central Java and DIY has one delivery branch.

● Ensure that operations at the Semarang station run smoothly by SOPs.● Ensure that KPIs and performance targets for the station are met by developing operational strategies and communicating them to the team.● Responsible for the performance of a team consisting of 15 couriers and 3 staff members at the Semarang station.● Prepare daily reports for over 1,000 packages, including COD reports, and reports on successful and failed deliveries, manage petty cash, and prepare monthly payroll reports.● Successfully opened the Semarang station, recruited couriers for package delivery, and monitored delivery speed by SLA requirements, which led to a promotion to Area Manager.

● Manage over 20 movable assets, such as vehicles and trucks, as well as 15 immovable assets, such as land and buildings, by procedures.● Monitor the company’s fleet regarding usage schedules, tax deadlines, and maintenance services.● Oversee internal couriers for document delivery and collection.● Responsible for a team of approximately 15 people, including staff, drivers, and office boys.● Successfully documented company assets and fleet usage schedules completely and clearly, earning the trust of superiors for various tasks.
