Successfully leading the agency partnership with Scooter’s Coffee, the nation’s second largest specialty coffee company with over 700 stores nationally in 24 states through outstanding project and account management. Instrumental in strategy and budget management of Grand Opening marketing plans for over 300 new stores nationwide. Assisted existing franchisees in local area marketing planning, strategy, and execution to reach goals in brand recognition, mobile app usage, overall sales growth, daypart sales growth, and community engagement. Several award-winning campaigns for DE&I, multiple-store promotions, and single-store promotions boasting average results of 30+% growth in gross sales and 10-40x return on ad spend.

I currently oversee the marketing department and all of it's staff at Re-Bath of the Heartland. My responsibilities go well beyond the management of people to include managing a comprehensive marketing strategy to include media buys, organic SEO, PPC, digital banner ads, digital retargeting, AI listening and retargeting, social media organic, social media paid, and social retargeting, print advertising, networking and community development, and managing national retail programs such as Lowe's and Home Depot.
