Senior Program Manager 1999 to 2006• Provided focus and site leadership for the solid state power distribution design and development programs valued in excess of $23M.• Directly supervised three project managers and a project team of sixteen.• Planned and successfully transferred the designs for the F-35 Electrical Power System Secondary Power Distribution Program to the UK for production. • Managed three multi-national engineering teams with budgets totaling $7.5M.• Strengthened customer relations by serving as the single point of contact on the $6 million multinational development program for the Boeing UCAV Program (X-45A). Awarded X-45C sole source contract as a result of this performance.• Assured SSA, ITAR, and import/export requirements compliance during the successful integration of the remote, satellite, rapid prototyping development center into the multi-divisional infrastructure within the UK and US.• Mentored three project engineers towards their pursuit of PMP certifications. Senior Project Engineering Manager 1989 to 1999• Successfully grew a $330K prime contract for design and development improvements to a $3M production program for the US Navy ASPJ Racks on the F/A18 and F-14D aircrafts.• Transitioned the design and development for the production of the estimated $100M aircraft and engine diagnostic and prognostic product line from the Florham Park to the Grand Rapids.• Implemented a scope change tracking process resulting in negotiated cost increases and schedule relief on the $5M design and development efforts for test equipment on the CASS program.Project Engineering Manager 1985 to 1989• Restored customer confidence and negotiated schedule relief by building significant customer relationships that were instrumental in the successful completion of qualification testing and the on time delivery of the F-14D Store Management System.
