Current- Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy and Execution
- Own and execute comprehensive GTM strategies, collaborating cross-functionally with product management, sales, marketing and customer success teams to drive impactful GTM positioning and establish/measure KPIsProduct.
- Create and manage B2B product positioning and messaging to differentiate solutions from competitors. Deep dive into key solutions areas: functional testing, payments, AI/ML, CX/UX, security, accessibility and inclusive.
- Work with stakeholders in sales, product, customer operations and executive leadership to unify the company narrative, amplify strategy, and build collaborative, efficient processesCustomer Data Analysis and Targeting
- Conduct data analysis to identify new and existing customer opportunities. Strategically target segments and buyer personas, adapting to dynamic market conditionsSales Enablement and Collaboration
- Empower sales teams with playbooks, customer stories, and competitive positioning. Establish a strong feedback loop between sales and product teams. Foster proactive prospecting against key accounts
