I also worked with the team to complete technical evaluation of bids and prepared the technical bid tabulations. Besides that, I coordinated the review and approval processes for the packages including issue of documents, identification of conflicting comments and collation/incorporation of all relevant comments as well as resolution of design problems or issues within the package or at package battery limits. This is done through continuous communication with clients and respective discipline engineers/designers, anticipating requirements and requesting information or actions required to meet schedule. Besides that, I was also responsible in ensuring the accurate release of Material Requisition to Group Procurement while I managed the established package scope of work (in accordance with PO) including delivery of final vendor documentation (vendor manuals, vendor data book).

Rembang 2 x 300~400MW Coal Fired Power Plant, Indonesia - EPCThe major project that I have participated was the Rembang 2 x 300~400MW Coal Fired Power Plant, Indonesia for Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN)- Desalination Plant, Water and Waste Treatment Plant.I supported the Project Manager in the design, specification setting, datasheet preparation, procurement, manufacturing and completion of packages while monitored and expedited the completion of the assigned engineering deliverables and packages within the planned schedule and budget. The packages completed were Industrial Waste Water Treatment Plant, MED – Thermal Desalination Plant, Demineralized Water Plant, Compressed Air Plant, Sea Water Intake System.

Besides that I performed detailed design of HVAC system including HVAC heat load calculation, HVAC equipment and components sizing. In addition, I was involved on procurement of materials. equipment and shop fabrication for the units. Also, supporting testing and commissioning whenever needed.

I was involved in the design and installation works of mechanical and electrical services for the air conditioning and mechanical ventilation packages of the Customs, Immigration and Quarantine Complex at Johor Bahru. The work involves design verification, completing engineering submissions and equipments selections, preparation of ITPs as well as participating in factory testing. In addition, I was also in-charge of coordinating and delivering construction work progress towards the completion.

Besides that, my job also involves submitting quotes and tender for project contracts while conceived, designed and procured pumping systems for pump station, coldwater transfer, sewerage and raw water transfer application.
