Building wood frame apartment buildings in Calif. for owner/builder. Three HUD projects.

Co-owner of Concrete and Formwork subcontracting business performing work on large concrete projects in Arizona and California – Good Sam Hospital tower (Phx); Durango Jail Ph. 1; Pima County Jail tower; Arizona State Correctional Center in Tucson; Sheraton Grande 30 story hotel in downtown Los Angeles. I was onsite supervising hospital and hotel project and offsite supervising other three projects.

Hawaii

(Dillingham) as an Engineer in Training; then as a Project Engineer until promotion to Asst. Superintendent in 1973 and then to Superintendent in 1976. Superintendent ran projects under supervision of area General Superintendent. We did not have project managers on any of these projects. In Hawaii we self performed all concrete work and precast setting. We also self performed all finish work, layout, and sitework.• Waikiki Banyan Condo – 37 & 38 story towers with 6 story parking structure ($27 m in 1977) - superintendent• Kuakini Medical Office Building – superintendent• Sand Island Sewage Treatment Plant - $49 m in 1975. Supt. in charge of all formwork, carpenter crews.
