In March 2014 I was asked to lead the team responsible for the successful migration of Oracle Middleware, including Production, for Council's 24/7 Customer Call Centre under extreme time pressures. It is no coincidence that his was achieved without necessitating an outage to the Call Centre's production environment for the first time during their heaviest call time on a Saturday morning. My call to utilise an AGILE project methodology in this instance greatly assisted in achieving a successful outcome.Managed concurrent team delivery of major ICT infrastructure Projects at Cullen Ave Eagle Farm & Industrial Ave Wacol on time, on budget and to a quality standard in challenging circumstances whilst also continuing the delivery of ICT infrastructure to the Eagle Farm Bus Depot and Anstead SES Depot sites (Importantly, these were high profile Election commitments officially opened by the Lord Mayor) Senior customer stakeholders and Project Owners have commended the service delivery provided that went above and beyond in the delivery of the above Projects. Recent stakeholder feedback from the completion of Eagle Farm Bus Depot 3 weeks ahead of schedule and $86.9K (6.96%) under budget includes:* "Best received ICT project from the stakeholder’s perspective, in the 15 years I have been involved in Projects at Council”* “The ICT requirements were met on programme, on budget and with defects resolved prior to operational commencement on 14th October 2013 – an excellent result”The Eagle Farm Bus Depot project recently received an award for Runner-Up One Council Brisbane Infrastructure Awards 2013. Successful Project delivery of the Anstead SES Depot received recognition through receipt of an invitation to the Lord Mayor’s Official Opening on 18th December 2013.I am proud of these successful team delivered outcomes to date under my Leadership. I was invited to join the Corporate Accomodation Program team within Brisbane City Council to get delivery of ICT Infrastructure for the Sherwood Bus Depot back on track. The Project was approx. twelve (12) months behind schedule re ICT when I assumed Leadership of the delivery team. Six (6) months of continuous team effort in challenging circumstances (including over Xmas) lead to all deliverables, including fibre optic connectivity to the Council data network over a distance of several kilometres being delivered to Council quality standard just 2 weeks prior to the hard Go Live operational date of 20th February. Exemplary skills utilised by me in the timely delivery of this Project (a previous Election commitment) meant that the Lord Mayor of Brisbane opened the newly constructed Depot in front of a large Media contingent onsite on 21st February as scheduled
