As an enterprise architect, I am responsible for maintaining infrastructure used to host various banking applications to 600+ staff across 40+ locations within multiple data centers. Infrastructure is hosted in a hybrid cloud model where AWS, VMware Cloud, and Azure are all leveraged to host over 200+ servers and applications. Using various logging and monitoring tools, I assess the environment to ensure critical infrastructure is operational and in good working order. When new technology initiatives are started in the Bank, I take the high-level requirements brought to me by senior management, interpolate them into the required infrastructure changes, and implement. I am consistently collaborating with senior management as it relates to strategic planning, future needs of the Bank, and challenges as it relates to data security. Daily, I am searching for ways to improve the Bank from a technological posture as well as finding ways to become more efficient.

Maintaining and trouble shooting technology infrastructure. Working directly with Active Directory to govern user access and rights, via group policy. Manage Citrix Environment to provide bankers with essential tools to preform their jobs. Execute on various technology projects to build our environment to an enterprise level.

Provide research and analysis to marketing team on cloud software and techniques. Develop service proposals that are pitched to clients and potential clients. Manage and maintain Cloud Silver Lining's business IP.

I'm an intern for Mark Searles at WJAR. This internship consists of familiarizing myself with and practicing the the approach and techniques of a broadcast meteorologist. This includes creating 7 day regional forecasts that are evaluated by the station meteorologist and use station software to generate weather graphics used in broadcasts.
