I serve as managing partner of Kelley Drye & Warren LLP, a firm of more than 350 lawyers and other professionals practicing in the areas of litigation, trade, regulatory, government relations, real estate, corporate and more. Prior to my appointment as managing partner, I served as Chair of Kelley Drye’s Privacy and Information Security practice for nine years. I have spent my career in private practice representing high-profile clients before the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and state attorneys general in complex law enforcement investigations involving privacy and data security practices, substantiation of advertising claims, and compliance with trade regulation rules. Before private practice, I was an Assistant Director of the FTC Bureau of Consumer Protection and Attorney Advisor to FTC Chairman Robert Pitofsky.
