Led the creation and launch of new cloud technology for sales teams in exactly 12 months – generating $10M in annual recurring revenue in just 18 months. Designed a multi-tenant, secure, scalable, low cost, extensible architecture with integrations to Salesforce.com and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Developed the solution with a mix of employees and contractors (onshore, nearshore, offshore) and built from scratch teams for Product Management, Product Marketing, Development, QA, Dev Ops, Cloud Ops, Technical Support, Client Success, Sales Engineering.

Led the flagship higher education CRM solutions, growing recurring SaaS revenue from 0 to $38M in 5 years. Defined product strategy, product roadmap, go-to-market approach, and financial plan. Transitioned from a perpetual software license to a SaaS business model. Implemented consistent agile approach across multiple teams with structured business planning, sprint planning, sprint reviews. Led all aspects of the product lifecycle from inception through build, beta, launch, and ongoing maintenance. Ellucian was acquired in 2015 by TPG and Leonard Green for $3.5B, one of the largest private equity deals in technology in 2015.

Grew revenue from $10M to $26M, with innovative solution to improve financial controls and IT audit processes for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Launched 5 new technology solutions integrated with SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft and other ERPs. Led product marketing team, managing content marketing, thought leadership, and lead generation, building $50M sales pipeline. Approva acquired by Infor in 2011.
