Work with educational and nonprofit organizations to develop strategic plans, seek grants, advertisements and other creative materials to meet the needs of clients. Have secured grants from major private foundations as well as state and federal governments.

Managed campaign messages and branding strategy for successful judicial campaign.

Achievements:• In ten years, worked with dynamic team to increase revenues more than 1200% with only 30% increase in staff.• Designed databases to enhance reporting of activities and to coordinate various projects, events, mailing lists and student registrations.• Managed more than 100 outreach programs per year in addition to several contracts, grant writing, development and administrative duties.• Received several state, regional and one national award for excellence.Responsibilities:• Typically managed 20+ projects simultaneously.• Worked with departments in the College of Human Environmental Sciences at OSU to develop and deliver outreach programs in keeping with the Land-Grant mission of the university.• Coordinated with OSU Foundation, OSU Alumni and administrative personnel to plan and carry out advancement activities for the College of Human Environmental Sciences.• Managed contracts with various constituents including the Oklahoma Dietetic Association, the Department of Human Services, the Oklahoma Restaurant Association and others.• Planned and carried out development activities such as events, presentations, cultivation, solicitations, and stewardship.• Responsible for coordinating all OSU outreach efforts and their marketing in the Tulsa area to coincide with the opening of OSU-Tulsa. • Coordinated the delivery of OSU’s first web-based course and instrumental in creating web-based curriculum strategies for the college and university.• Co-taught courses in conference planning and management.• Responsible for various administrative duties such as supervising staff, writing reports and serving on university committees.• Active in state and national professional associations.

Achievements:• More than doubled student body in the statewide program in four years.• Instituted MBA and undergraduate programs in the Tulsa area, including setting up offices and classrooms, creating and implementing advertising and marketing plans, coordinating classes and advising students.• Designed database system to track current and potential candidates to programs.Responsibilities:• Handled all marketing and advertising for accelerated degree programs.• Coordinated off-site enrollment process, including advising, enrollment, financial aid assistance and textbook sales.• Supervised office staff for day-to-day operations.• Identified new markets for introducing programs.
