I supported the day-to-day work of over 170 application and 9 grants during funding life cycle. I was responsible of checking applications’ eligibility, supporting the panel meetings and applications scoring process, preparing offer letters and processing payments. I helped identifying the needs of other departments and developed a referral process. I also worked on updating forms and templates and prepare feedback to applicants and reporting to donors. I identified areas of improvement for data import to the database system and proposed a solution. I drafted reports to the donors and stakeholders.

I Developed and implemented community engagement activities to help Arabic-speaking refugees and Syrian migrants’ community to better integrate with the local community. I established connections and built partnerships with agencies such as Forever Manchester. I designed and led on RR ESOL volunteers’ program, also wrote a successful bid to Lancashire council and led on NHS Health Awareness Videos project for Arabic speakers.

Beirut, Lebanon

I managed a humanitarian program that linked 10-15 groups of volunteers across the country, managing operations in high-risk areas providing essential support such as food and education. Included a ‘Livelihood’ project, supporting employment and financial opportunities. I ensured we followed L4S policies and practices through working with finance team and Admin team and field networks. I was also responsible for drafting and validating accurate narrative reports to donors for timely submission.

Lebanon

Drafting the Capacity Development Action Plan (CDAP) after coordinating with all relevant parties. Adapted plan in accordance with partners’ & program team’s requests. Oversaw the implementation of the plan and then compiled reports on the steps taken. Developed monitoring and evaluation tools.

Syria

Supported the Program Coordinator (PC) to implement project to create jobs and teach skills to displaced people. I was responsible for the procurement requests, such as securing three tonnes of raw cotton for a sewing project and setting the production plan to oversee its implementation. Also responsible for collecting and compiling all supporting documents.

Syria

Assisted in developing and enhancing activities designed to empower displaced Syrian women affected by war. We provided vocational training, start-up business training for women and offered legal advice and social support.

Damascus, Syria

Analysed core network performance statistics data from various interfaces (Signalling Monitoring System & protocol analyser) and prepare core network reports (Dashboard etc...).Developed and suggested new key indicators and KPIs. Followed up core network performance on regular basis: Daily , weekly and Monthly.• Prepare draft core report for regulator.• Analyze measurements of GSM and mobile data systems.
