Quality Manager
Current- Organize and maintain the quality management system and oversee its implementation at all levels of the company.- Define and implement the communication plan on the quality policy and program.- Ensure a good understanding and application of quality procedures and approaches through training and methodological assistance.- Identify and analyze quality problems and propose corrective actions.- Promote performance improvement plans, continuous improvement culture and best practices among employees- Define and monitor quality management tools (document system, indicators, etc.)- Organize and supervise internal and external quality audits.- Ensure normative and regulatory monitoring.- Develop specific certification or accreditation procedures and ensure the sustainability of current certifications.- Lead prevention against ergonomic risks- Define action plans related to hygiene, safety and the environment.
