Each year, we serve approximately 1,500 veterans, support nearly 1,800 children and provided affordable and transitional housing to more than 3,000 individuals. Joined privately held EnDev Enterprises to help company expand and develop new restaurants and nightclubs in San Diego. Primary focus on improving and streamlining operations in a time of rapid growth and expansion. Reduced costs and increased margins at existing properties Between 2006 and 2008 grew from 150 employees to over 400. Developed a comprehensive advertising and marketing plan for five diverse properties.Developed a Human Resource plan to get company in compliance with all state and federal laws. Put in place the first comprehensive medical plan for all full and part-time employees.

Hired as Senior Vice President of Sales in January 2002 and promoted to President and COO six months later. Was responsible for bottom line P&L for all North America operations, as well as Australia, Canada and Latin America. Specific responsibilities included operations, planning, sales, marketing, advertising, manufacturing and new product development. During 2004 and 2005, MacGregor was one of the fastest growing companies in the golf industry, achieving a 66% annual compounded growth rate (CAGR).

Hired by Ely Callaway in 1988 when Callaway was a small, private start-up with $5M in sales. Became a top revenue producing salesman for five consecutive years before being promoted to National Sales Manager and then to Vice President of Sales. As Vice President of Sales, responsible for P&L and managing and directing sales effort including hiring, key accounts and sales program development. During tenure with Callaway, sales grew from $5M to $840M. Callaway went public in February of 1992 and became one of the industry’s largest and most profitable golf companies.

Managed growth of sales force from 34 to 110 people, including development of sales training programs, first ever key account and regional managers and implementation of sales force automation tools.Developed and implemented comprehensive compensation and incentive programs that improved sales rep performance. Percentage of sales reps reaching quotas increased from 65% to 86%.
