As a Founder and Chief Code Therapist at FounderTherapy, I help early stage startups bring their software products to market, implementing best practice software development processes, building agile software teams, and architecting scalable systems and infrastructures. At Axial, I lead both the Product and Engineering teams in building the innovative, next generation match-making marketplace and management platform.I was previously the Head of Product Development at OnForce, responsible for the development and design of the company's innovative online field labor deployment and management marketplace. While at OnForce, I created a number of patent pending technologies and transformed the company's online tools into a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. Under my leadership, OnForce was nominated as a finalist for a Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA) Codie Award.Prior to OnForce, I was Founder and Chief Architect at Primedia Software-on-Demand, where I created a Desktop SaaS delivery platform for K-12 schools. I also served in Lead Engineering roles at FareChase (now Yahoo!
