I am continuing on my development work with the Aviation Forecast Verification Tool, utilizing a LAMP stack to provide near-real time verification of gridded National Weather Service Forecasts and Guidance products. In addition, I now serve as lead contractor and supervisor for the Meteorological Development Lab contractors and act as the liaison between the contractors and the federal employees.

Oversaw four Community Advisors in one of the residence halls on the Plymouth State campus. Acted as a liaison between the Community Advisors, the 115 residents, and the Residence Director. Organized and implemented numerous events for the community.

Coupling the WRF model with NASA Glenn's LEWICE 3.0 ice accretion model for use in the White Mountain Range of NH to improve icing forecasts.

Researching and modeling the Snowball Earth Hypothesis using a Global Climate Model.

Oversee and help train Resident Assistants. Help plan and organize events for communal bonding. Enforce college policy and ensure the safety of the college community.
