Assists in many levels of design and engineering on a variety of institutional, commercial, private, pipelines, and medical facilities. Provides guidance/supervision for CAD techs and other engineers on projects. Resourceful in finding cost effective solutions to problems that arise on projects. Attends client, City/Township, and construction meetings. Corresponds effectively with contractors, clients, and City/Township/State Officials. Completes all tasks on time and efficiently. Provides pavement inventory and condition evaluation on multiple commercial, industrial, and institutional sites all over the US. Preparation of current and forecasted pavement repair budgets. Develops database to track facility information. Develops efficient field data collection procedures. Organizer/leader of client meetings and conducts pre-bid and pre-con meetings. Responsible for the construction quality control for the installation and replacement of identified work. Completes project closeout documents on time and efficiently.
