About Dan Atkinson

With three decades in Sales & Marketing leadership, I've navigated the tech start-up scene, specializing in raising capital, field marketing, channel sales, business development, and web marketing. I played a key role in scaling a mobile communications start-up scale from $5 million to over $120 million in sales, leading to an IPO and acquisition. I then spent a few years working for 3Com, CA Technologies, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise (Tandem).I’ve since I co-founded and worked with several startups to scale from zero - including one of the earliest Managed Services Providers (MSP) that was awarded the #1 position on the MSPmentor 100 list. I have a particular knack for driving subscription revenue with long-term contracts, having spent over 15 years in this area.Throughout my journey, I've collaborated with some brilliant business leaders and enjoyed many victories & awards. It was never "easy" – and there were plenty of failures along the way. I love working with startups and building companies that solves big problems.
