As a member of the HR team, I am responsible for supporting the recruitment of world class, licensed employees into our company which operates one of the largest and most complex ferry systems in the world. With 34 vessels serving 47 terminals and 24 routes that stretch over 1,000 miles of coastline, we carry more than 20 million passengers and 8 million vehicles each year. Responsibilities: • Identify and maintain an on-going inventory of current and anticipated supply, demand and attrition of Licensed personnel. • Work closely with the Manager, Workforce Planning to develop and utilize forecasting and models, metrics and analytics that facilitate data based decision making. • Oversee and coordinate the Engineering Sponsorship and Marine Education programs with a concerted focus on the identification and implementation of strategies and initiatives that facilitate team readiness.
