Directly reported to the dean as part of leadership of KSU Journey Honors College. Duties included:- Spearheading all aspects of scholarship awarding for honors students at KSU, totaling in the hundreds of thousands of dollars.- Serving as principal recruiter and on-boarder for students joining the college.- Teaching courses for first-year honors students.- Proactively serving as liaison with numerous academic and operational departments across campus for scheduling of honors classes.- Serving as honors representative on KSU General Education Committee.- Pioneering efforts for department data access and literacy.- Supporting efforts toward current student advising, retention, and progression to graduation as key point-of-contact for students, faculty, and staff.

Proactively managed enrollment for the AACSB accredited KSU MBA and WebMBA programs, specifically the areas of admissions and academic advisement. Our efforts focused on student recruitment, retention, and progression to graduation and were aimed at maintaining the high quality of the programs as demonstrated by several national rankings. During my time overseeing these operations, our programs:- Experienced 39% enrollment growth, and;- Achieved a 97% student satisfaction rate in working with our team.

Recruited and advised prospective MBA students throughout the admissions process, counseling them as they considered furthering their education, reshaping their career, and taking that next step toward accomplishing their life goals. KSU's AACSB accredited MBA programs ranked among the nation's best, and this fact drove me to work with excellence in helping select and counsel our prospective students.

The consolidation of Southern Polytechnic State University (effective fall 2015) into Kennesaw State brought a whole host of new opportunities for KSU students to pursue their education in the science, technology, engineering, and mathematics fields. I helped recruit and guide prospective students through the admissions process by representing KSU at various high schools, college fairs, and events around Georgia and the Southeast.

From visiting high schools and college fairs to meeting with students and their families on campus, I helped prospective students understand and pursue the opportunities available to them at Georgia Gwinnett College. GGC has one of the most modern college campuses in the USA, as well as an academic community that strives to equip the students with everything they need for success in the 21st century.

My duties included evaluation and posting of transfer credit, reporting eligibility for 17 intercollegiate athletic teams, aiding students eligible for Veteran's Affairs benefits, auditing applications for graduation, preparation and distribution of yearly commencement information, and oversight of cooperation with state Dual/Joint Enrollment regulations. I also frequently served in a "front desk" role to assist students via telephone and in-person, and I maintained the contents of the Reinhardt University Office of the Registrar website.

I engaged potential students with the quality of the educational experience at Reinhardt. I maintained contact with these prospective students and their families by means of college fairs, high school visits, telephone calls, e-mails, and letters. I evaluated grade point averages and SAT/ACT scores for incoming freshman as well as Dual- and Joint-Enrolled students and served as an academic adviser for these students. I also managed the content of the Reinhardt University Office of Admission websites.
