Dana started her career as an English language teacher, graduated from the ISPJVG in Buenos Aires. A generalist and jack of all trades by nature, in 2004 she co-founded Dansey & Wesley together with her husband Axel, in order to provide language services to one of their main clients at the time. They designed the language program for this company and organized individual and group classes for the employees. In 2008 D&W migrated to multilingual translation services, which was a great success, and ever since, Dana has been in charge of the company, adding new clients and technology, overseeing everyday operations, and actively participating in all projects, as she greatly enjoys creating solutions for new challenges.Dana and Axel moved to Uruguay in 2012 and in 2017 they opened the first Montessori School in Uruguay. In 2022 they established the Dansey & Wesley LLC in Ohio. Her greatest pride relies in having built a network of exceptional linguists and language professionals, many of whom have been working with her since the start. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Dana is raising two kids, maintains a vegetable garden, practices yoga, and enjoys cooking.
