Facilitates customized governance retreats/training with elected school board members and their superintendent.

• Delivered training to game development teams in numerous Electronic Arts studios worldwide to increase their financial knowledge and understanding of how each team member affects game quality and studio profitability.
• Game-based interactive learning experience for participants.
• Designed and developed portions of the program, including developing a Trivial Pursuit style game using a PowerPoint/Visual Basic application.

The Asian Pacific Islander School Board Members Association (APISBMA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to encouraging and supporting thoughtful, systematic and coordinated research, and evaluating and developing appropriate policies and practices to serve the needs of Asian Pacific Islander students and their families.

The Santa Clara County School Boards Association (SCCSBA) has representatives from the Boards of Education of each of the 31 public school districts in Santa Clara County. It provides opportunities for school board members to explore all facets of education issues with colleagues from neighboring districts.

• Delivered training to front line managers on management practices, to Directors of Development on their leadership skills, and to new employees on Electronic Arts’ product development process and studio/marketing.
• Designed and developed portions of those programs.
