Oversee the successful running of all day camps at the Shorefront Y. Manage and train staff for a successful summer. Create innovative ideas for camp though out the year to be implemented in the summer to come.

Responsible for the successful planning and execution of the Bronfman Center’s events and programs to ensure 92Y’s continuing and expanding engagement with Jewish communities, locally, nationally and globally. By maximizing opportunities to infuse Jewish culture across all programming centers the assistant director plays and key role in supporting 92Y’s identity as a Jewish institution. Supervising staff and representing the head of the department in meetings regarding the Center for Jewish Life. • Foster communication between Bronfman Center and other departments for purpose of integration of Jewish identity in programs through out the institution. • Work with marketing and digital media teams to ensure effective and streamlined communications to enable the timely dissemination of event content through the widest possible number of channels. • Work as liaison with development to facilitate a timely delivery of information between the Bronfman center staff and Development staff and report back to Director of Jewish Community on progress of projects. • With the guidance of the Director of Jewish Life explore, identify and cultivate opportunities to expand 92Y’s relationships with the Israeli community to strengthen mutually beneficial partnerships.• Lead planning meetings for all Bronfman events including those with external guest and officiants and oversee rehearsals when appropriate. • Manage all collaboration with other 92Y departments including marketing, customer service, security and backstage to ensure all logistics for events are met including hiring and supervising any additional staff.

Oversaw planing and implementation of large scale events, created new programming for 92Y's Israeli population and teen programming. Worked in conjunction with other departments at 92Y to ensure a smooth and successful outcome in joint programming including but not limited to: Family Programming, Development and Jewish Culture.

Directed teen travel programs in Israel, Italy, California and Costa Rica while providing a safe and fun environment that also allowed teens to connect with the service projects they were working on. • Supervising and training staff , overseeing the daily activities, meals, and overall wellbeing of trip members. • Managing accounting for trip along with communication between US office and participants families• Creating a feeling of community among the trip members while encouraging them to understand the importance of their decision to spend their summer giving back to other communities.

Created and taught travel training curriculum for high school students with developmental disabilities. Coordinated and facilitated off-site education opportunities that paralleled the curriculum taught in the classroom.
