Joined Marshall & Swift/Boeckh as IT Director to lead development of commercial software products, back-end systems, and to manage infrastructure. Restructured and expanded the initial development teams in line with business priorities and established a track record of success by delivering multiple projects on a continuous basis. Promoted to Vice President with a mandate to transform the company's technology and expand the development team to accommodate rapid growth. Interactive Strategies was a telecommunications service bureau providing telephony services to a wide range of clients. As lead developer, I was responsible for developing company's technology platform. Under my leadership, the team built from scratch all the software needed to operate an inbound call center, including call routing, payment processing, fraud control, product fulfillment, and accounting, resulting in a tripling of processing capacity.

Hank Mohle & Associates was a civil engineering firm servicing public agencies throughout Southern California. While working at HMA I developed leading-edge asset management systems for various cities, and created automobile traffic analysis and signal timing software.

G.S.E. Inc was a commodity futures brokerage in Southern California. Working directly with the owner and traders, I performed extensive market analysis and developed complex regression testing and automated trading systems.

Saddleback College is a major community college in Southern California. I maintained their computer lab, including all hardware and software for both PC and Mac systems. Additionally, I tutored students in the use of software packages and programming languages, including advanced programming concepts.
