Owner and instructor. Akron-Canton Adventure Boot Camp is a CO-ED fitness boot camp. It is a four-week outdoor program of fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training. You will be inspired and have fun while participating in a fantastic workout led by ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Dan Bahry. Each day, camp will be one hour in length starting at 5:30 AM.

I coach people through home based fitness programs so that you can workout on your own time, own schedule and in your own home. WHY? Because we have all become busy and it makes more sense than carving 2-3 hours out of your day to go to the gym. Unless you are hitting a 5:30am boot camp, this makes the most sense. Through online accountability groups, you get to bond with other like minded individuals that will constantly build you up and keep you accountable.
